  • Cooking. Cut the salmon into small pieces and arrange in pots.

    We cut the carrots into half rings, and the onions - arbitrarily, but not too large. On top of the pieces of fish lay out the carrots and half the onion.

    Salt everything well and you can pepper to taste. Next, cut the potatoes into cubes and put them in pots.

    Place the rest of the chopped onion on top of the potatoes. Salt again and sprinkle generously with seasoning for fish.

    Put the next layer of potatoes until the pot is full. Don't forget to salt. In a pot, put 1 tablespoon of sunflower oil and butter.

    It is necessary to pour a little water into the pot to extinguish, about a little less than half the pot. It is not necessary to pour a lot of water, otherwise the water will overflow during the cooking process. So don't overdo it with water. Lubricate the surface of the potato with mayonnaise.

    Preparing the ingredients:

    Defrost pink salmon, if necessary, remove the insides and bones, remove the skin.

    Rinse the resulting fillet under running water and pat dry with a paper towel. Then cut the fillet into portioned pieces and pour abundantly and as evenly as possible. lemon juice.

    Ingredients:

    • freshly frozen hake - 3 carcasses;
    • pickled cucumbers - 4 pieces;
    • cheese hard grade- 100 g;
    • salt and spices;
    • potato tubers - 7 pieces;
    • carrots - 1 root crop;
    • natural yogurt - 4 table. spoons;
    • a bunch of greens;
    • onion head - 1 piece;
    • purified water - 2 cups.
