We defrost and clean the shrimp, removing everything unnecessary. This list includes the head, tail, chitinous shell and intestinal vein (that is, a dark thread along the vertebra). It may not be visible in all individuals. But if you see it, then we hook it with our fingers and pull it out. It is more pronounced in large brindles or royals.

Now let's wash our hands, throw out all the garbage and move on to preparing garlic butter.

For this, of course, we’ll take garlic. So that it releases more of its aroma and essential oils, we will crush all the cloves with the flat side of a knife, and then chop them finely.

Let's start by boiling the shrimp. They cook incredibly quickly, so you definitely won't have to yawn here.

For 2 liters of water, add 1 tbsp to the pan. salt. Bring the liquid to a boil and boil the frozen seafood for 2 minutes. Then we take them out with a slotted spoon or put them on a sieve.


As soon as it cools down enough for your hands to bear, we clean each piece. First we remove the head, then the tail. Then we pick up the shell from the abdomen, moving from the thickened part to the tail. If there is a black vein along the ridge, then it also needs to be removed. This is an intestinal vein and you and I definitely don’t need it in food.


When peeled, the shrimp become much smaller, so pay attention to the fact that the recipe indicates the weight of the peeled products. This means that when frozen you need to take twice as many of them.

Finely chop the greens and garlic.


Grate the cheese into a separate cup. It is better to use the fine side of the grater.


Now let's start preparing the side dish. To do this, pour water into a saucepan or ladle, salt it and put it on high heat.

As soon as it begins to boil intensely, we lower the spaghetti vertically.

Let's take:

  • 1 kg shrimp,
  • 1 clove of garlic,
  • 5 g paprika,
  • 2 tbsp. soy sauce,
  • 2 tbsp. vinegar,
  • 3 tbsp. cream,
  • 40 g butter,
  • 1 tsp lemon juice,
  • a pinch of salt.

As always, we start by preparing the main ingredient. Clean the shrimp and pour soy sauce over them.


Add vinegar and a little salt. While we are preparing the rest of the products, they will marinate and soak a little.

Chop the garlic for piquancy and place in a common bowl. Add a little paprika to them.

Place butter on the bottom of the bowl and melt it on the “Fry” setting.

Let's take:

  • 250 g king prawns,
  • 3 garlic cloves,
  • 1 lemon,
  • 180 ml dry white wine,
  • chili pepper on the tip of the knife,
  • 1 tbsp. cream

Let's take the shrimp and clean them. So that this product is already at the semi-finished stage. When all that remains is to finish cooking it.

Now peel and finely chop the garlic.

Divide the lemon or lime in half. We only need one half. We will squeeze the juice out of it. By the way, the second half of a lemon can be used as a decoration for salads.

  • 600 g peeled shrimp,
  • 3 cloves of garlic,
  • chili pepper on the tip of a knife,
  • 7 tbsp. cream,
  • salt pepper.

Let's start with preparing the seafood. To do this, we clear them of shells, tails, heads and intestinal cords.

  • shrimp - 0.5 kg,
  • 150 g cream,
  • 1 tsp flour,
  • 2 tbsp. lemon juice,
  • 2 garlic cloves,
  • 30 g butter,
  • 1 tbsp. olive oil.

Peel the shrimp and add flour to them. You can add a little salt for taste. At this stage, various spices, such as nutmeg, are also added. But now we can do without them. Add lemon juice to seafood.


And leave to marinate for an hour.

Then heat it in a frying pan butter, add a spoonful of olive oil to it. Mix and wait for the butter to completely melt.


Coarsely chop the garlic and add it to the oil. After a minute of frying, remove it from the pan. In it garlic oil add marinated shrimp.

After 2 minutes, add cream. Once they boil, you can turn off the stove.



Separately, boil the rice until cooked. And add it as a side dish.
