New Year's chicken with herbs. Step-by-step cooking recipe

I hasten to please the guests with cheerful and very festive canapes. Adorable chicks just begging to be put in your tummy. New Year's canapés "Chickens" will certainly delight the invited children, because they are made from their favorite products. Cheese, sausage and olives! What could be tastier?

Any freshly sliced ham is suitable for cooking chicken. Take cream cheese. Olives need to be pitted and black. From chicken eggs we only need the yolk. We will use raw carrots and fresh parsley. Add salt as desired.

Our New Year's canapé - chicken figurines. The head is modeled from cheese, yolk and mayonnaise. The cheese is passed through a fine grater into a separate bowl.

The yolks are also finely grated.

Grated cheese is combined with yolks and seasoned with mayonnaise. You can add a couple of pinches of salt to taste. After which the ingredients are mixed into a salad.

From cheese salad miniature balls roll out. The balls are covered with film and sent to the refrigerator to cool.

The difficult stage of preparation is over, let’s move on to the creative part.

If you bought thinly sliced ham, you can easily roll it into four pieces into triangles.

For one canape you need to take two ham pancakes. The chicken feet are placed between the first and second layers of ham. The result is these cute bellies with paws. To prevent the ham from unraveling, bait it with canapé skewers. Do not judge strictly. As my fantasy worked, that’s what I did. I didn’t spy, I didn’t copy! The author's canapés are prepared for their dear daughters.

Yolk heads are complemented by olive eyes. The heads are pierced through with skewers until the layer with ham is reached.

Our little chickens cannot do without combs and beaks.

Now for the parsley tails.

Innings! The serving dish is decorated around the ring with ham and tangerine slices.

What do you think of these funny chicks with big eyes?

You can feel the aroma of the New Year!

New Year's toys

On the tree to the top
Toys are hung up
Garlands and lanterns,
Silver balls.

Show off on a branch
Icicles and sweets.
And the snowflakes are spinning,
Like ballerinas.

Snow Maiden beauty,
Smiles at the kids.
At the small house
Two cute gnomes.

A cockerel sits on a branch,
Next to him is a shepherd boy.
And if you go around the tree,
Then you can find a goat.

Still on my Christmas tree
There are two silver horses
Wizard with wand in hand
And a clown in a bright cap.

Here the snowman is a carrot nose,
And next to you is Grandfather Frost.
There is no way to separate them,
They're old friends.

Here near the tangerine
A ballerina dances.
A chimney sweep from a fairy tale
He can't take his eyes off her.

There are so many different lights
Green, blue, red.
I look at the tree, barely breathing:
Oh, how good she is!
