We will need:

  • Green apples – 2 pcs.;
  • Celery – 2 stalks;

  • Walnuts – 50 grams;
  • Heavy cream – 140 grams;
  • Parmesan – 40 grams;
  • Lemon - 1 pc.

Preparation:

  1. Let's deal with the lemon first. Let's wash it and dry it with dry cloths. Using a special or just a fine grater, rub off the zest, and then squeeze out the juice separately;
  2. Let's prepare the sauce, here's the recipe: whip the heavy cream, add the zest and lemon juice. Place in the refrigerator to infuse;
  3. While our dressing “reaches” the desired state, let’s start with the shrimp. Let's defrost them, as expected, in cold water or just like that. Boil water, add salt. You can also throw in some spices, for example, bay leaf, dried herbs or peppercorns. When the brine boils, add the washed shrimp and cook for 4 minutes. Remove with a slotted spoon and let cool. After this, they can be cleaned (remove heads, shells, intestines). Pour a drop of lemon juice over the seafood;
  4. Now it’s time to turn to the classic components of the salad, where the whole story began. Wash the apple, cut it into cubes (except for the core);
  5. Rinse the celery stalks and peel off the top layer. We chop the rest in the same way as apples;
  6. Peel the nuts and chop each half into 4 pieces. They can also be fried a little to add amazing flavor to the salad;
  7. Now let's get to the cheese. Here we have 2 options - tinker with it and serve it beautifully, or just add it to the salad. In the second case, it will be enough to simply grate the Parmesan into the chips. And for a slightly more complicated method, we do this: grate the cheese, put it in small portions in a frying pan without oil. We wait until it melts, then remove it with a spatula and roll it out a little with a rolling pin to make a thin cheese cake or chips;
  8. Now let's assemble our original royal salad. Add shrimp and walnuts to the main ingredients (apple, celery), pour sauce over everything, and season with pepper. Mix – almost ready!
  9. Let's design the final appearance of our treat. If you used a simple method of cutting cheese, then simply place the salad on a plate, sprinkle with cheese shavings, and decorate as you please. If you have prepared thin “chips” from Parmesan, then place them in a serving plate on the bottom - this will be the base. We distribute the prepared, already seasoned food on top and decorate.

Tip: To prevent the sliced ​​apples from browning before mixing the salad ingredients, spray them with citrus juice and then toss evenly.
