The quality of bread depends largely on the quality of flour; the better the flour, the better the bread rises and bakes. This has already been verified! If the flour has high humidity, the bread turns out not tasty and sometimes does not fit well or rises and falls (it turns out with a hole in the middle)...


Sweetness depends on sugar - there is sweet sugar, and there is not sweet sugar. You throw in the same amount, but the sweetness comes out different.


Salt 1.5 teaspoons. I use extra salt (fine and pure). Rock salt is usually very dirty. You can add sea salt, or even iodized salt.


1.5 teaspoons or 0.5 tbsp. spoons of dry yeast. I use Lviv fresh ones. If the yeast is fresh, the bread will work better. If the yeast is not fresh (or wet) the bread is not suitable.

And we include it for a weight of 1000g, medium baking crust and for regular bread. This bread takes me 3 hours and 18 minutes to bake.

The LG bread maker comes with a 230 ml measuring cup., it is used to measure bulk ingredients, so in recipes the amount of product is indicated in cups. If you do not have such a cup, then for convenience I have indicated the amount of product in grams next to it.

Measures indicated in the recipes (just in case):

  • 1 teaspoon – 5 g.,
  • 1 tablespoon – 15 g.,
  • 1 cup = 230 ml,
  • 100 ml flour = approximately 65 g. flour.

Since in all recipes flour and some other products are measured in cups that come with bread machines, it is recommended to take dishes with a scale in ml. It is more convenient to measure flour in a container with a 230 ml mark. The conversion to grams next to the “cups” in the tables is approximate.

This is my favorite and most delicious bread in the bread machine. It fits perfectly with everyone. The recipe does not indicate vegetable oil, but I always add a tablespoon, then the crust turns out fried and crispy. The cooking process is very simple - put all the ingredients in a mold and select the “French” program (4 hours). In fact, this program bakes bread for 3 hours 40 minutes, and 20 minutes is heating, but it is better not to use it, but to turn it off immediately. Otherwise, the crust of the bread will not be crispy.

This is an old Russian recipe that requires pre-preparing the starter. This starter can subsequently be used to bake another 10-15 loaves. The cooking time for our starter will be 18 hours.

Sourdough recipe:

In a small, non-metallic wide bowl, mix all ingredients until smooth, then place the mixture in a warm place. After 3 hours, stir the starter, and after 18 hours, put it in the refrigerator.

Rye bread recipe:

Pour all ingredients into a baking dish in the order shown above. Please note that the tea leaves must be strong (4 tea bags per 60 ml hot water, you need to infuse the tea leaves for 5 minutes). For baking, select the “Russian Chef” program. The color of the bread crust for the first time is medium.

Place all ingredients in order. If the sour cream is not very thick, it is recommended to increase the amount of flour by one tablespoon. Select the “Russian Chef” program. Crust color – light or medium.

Place all ingredients in the mold. Select the program type "Basic" and the crust color - medium or dark.

Egg table bread

* 2 eggs with water should make up 260 ml.

  7. Click “Start”.
  8. We take out a fragrant loaf from the bread machine.

All instructions recommend that the dough be formed into a soft bun; I have a little less flour than is needed to form a bun, and I don’t add it; I know for sure that it’s better not to add flour than to add flour. I like it when the bread rises so much that even the top bursts. When the bread machine finishes kneading the dough, it will beep; you cannot open the lid until the end of baking. But you can enjoy the divine aroma. The second signal sounded, the bread was ready. Take out the bowl.
