It's delicious, easy to make and diet pie with cottage cheese and cherries. Such a pie can be afforded even on a diet, since it does not contain fat (butter) and very little sugar (honey). It is a pleasure to prepare it: it takes no more than 5 minutes to combine the few products included in it. Most of the time is spent on freeing the cherries from the stones, but this process is not long - not so much cherries are taken. If there is no cherry, you can use currants, gooseberries, apples, plums, pears, etc.

  • Type of dish: pastry, dessert
  • Calories: 150 kcal

For lovers of simple, cottage cheese or diet baking, this cherry pie recipe, I hope, will be especially interesting.

Ingredients:

  • egg - 3 pcs.,
  • cottage cheese - 500 g,
  • honey - 2 tbsp. (or 50 g of sugar),
  • semolina - 3 tablespoons,
  • flour - 3 tablespoons,
  • pitted cherries - 300 g.
  • soda - 1 tsp
  • vanillin - 1 sachet optional

You can use either fresh or frozen cherries in this recipe. In any case, before adding cherries to the dough, you should drain the cherry juice formed during the removal of seeds (how it can be used - at the end of the article).

Cooking:

1. Beat the eggs, add honey and vanillin to them and beat well again.

2. Add cottage cheese and soda to the egg mixture, mix.

3. Put the previously pitted cherries into the curd mass, mix gently. Add semolina and flour, and finally mix.

If the cottage cheese is too wet, then it is better to take semolina for 1 tbsp. more so that the cake keeps its shape well. Also, if the cottage cheese is not sour, you can reduce the amount of honey (sugar) or not add it at all. In this case, the calorie content of the cherry pie will be even less.

4. Spread the result curd dough into a mold (I have a silicone one with a diameter of 22 cm) and put in the oven at 180C for 40 minutes.

5. After we wait when cherry pie cool down and only then transfer it to a dish. During this time, the cake will become much denser and the threat of losing shape during removal will pass.

The finished cottage cheese pie can be sprinkled with powdered sugar for decoration, but these are extra calories.

It turns out easy and tasty pie with cottage cheese and cherries: with a pleasant sourness of berries, based on a healthy dietary product - cottage cheese, with a small amount flour and no sugar.

Such a simple cake, I think not only lovers will like it healthy eating or losing weight, but also to anyone who loves simple homemade cakes.

The remaining juice from the cherry can be used in cooking simple dessert based on kefir, adding it to the finished mixture: this dessert is very similar to ice cream (recipe here). In summer, the combination of these diet desserts: cherry pie and milk dessert instead of ice cream will be excellent!

Having prepared it once, it has every chance of becoming your favorite dessert and taking pride of place in the cookbook.

The dough for it turns out to be quite liquid, but you don’t need to be afraid of this. It is as it should be.

Why does the same recipe for all hostesses turn out to be completely different? Because someone knows the secrets of delicious pies, and someone does not know about their existence. We bring to your attention several useful tips, which will help you cook absolutely any pie with an unforgettable taste.

  • To prevent the cake from burning, pour salt under the mold.
  • Don't rush to cut the cake while it's still hot. However, if this is necessary, before doing this, heat the knife under boiling water, and then quickly proceed to the process until the tool has cooled down.
  • To give the cake a glossy surface, brush it with a mixture of egg yolk, sugar and milk before baking.
  • The cake will “pop” out of the mold more easily if you hold it in a wet towel before taking it out.
  • Before putting the raisins in the dough, roll them in a little flour.
  • Pies made from shortcrust pastry, can be removed from the mold only after they have completely cooled down.
  • To prevent the bottom of the cake from being wet, sprinkle the bottom layer with a little starch and only then put it in the mold.
  • If you add a lot of sugar to the dough, then the cake will turn out not so magnificent, and its chances of burning will increase significantly.
  • If you want the cake to turn out crumbly, then put not the whole egg in the dough, but only the yolk.
  • It is better not to report both vanillin and soda to the dough than to overdo it with them.
  • It is better to put not melted into the dough butter, but chopped. Because liquid butter adversely affects the structure of the dough.
  • If the filling for the pie turned out to be watery, just add a little starch to it.
  • So that the pastry does not stale for a long time and remains soft - add sunflower oil to the dough.
  • If the cake does not want to “get off” from the baking sheet, separate the first from the last with a thread.
  • Before sending the cake to the oven - let it brew for 15-20 minutes.
  • Always pass flour through a sieve before kneading the dough. Then the cake will be more magnificent.
  • For cooking, use only fresh products and proven brands.

These simple secrets making a cake will help you and become simply indispensable in the kitchen. Cook with inspiration, eat with gusto!

If you want to treat yourself to delicious and dietary pastries, then I suggest trying oatmeal pie with prunes. This recipe is great for the slow cooker, which greatly simplifies the cooking process. The cake is light, with a delicate texture and a pleasant aroma! At the same time, pastries are quite nutritious and healthy, and a couple of pieces of such a pie will completely replace a full breakfast. Prunes, which are also known for their useful properties, but if desired, it can be replaced with dried apricots, raisins or any berries and fruits. The absence of flour and fat makes oatmeal baking suitable for dietary nutrition, so eating a pie prepared according to this recipe within reasonable limits will not harm your figure.

Beat eggs in a bowl, add vanilla and sugar. Whisk the ingredients with a whisk or mixer.

Add sour cream (you can replace it with natural yogurt).

Mix the mass and pour the oatmeal fast food. If you decide to use ordinary flakes, then I recommend that you first grind them in a blender to a crumb state. Add baking powder.

Once again, mix everything and add the prunes cut into pieces. Prunes are pre-soaked for several minutes in warm water and then rinse well.

Immediately transfer the finished oatmeal dough to the multicooker bowl. Lubricate the bottom and sides with oil. If in doubt about the coating of the bowl, then you can sprinkle it with a little semolina so that the pastries are easier to take out. Smooth out the dough with a spatula.

Set the "Baking" mode for 45 minutes. After the signal, open the lid and let the cake cool. Then we go along the sides with a spatula and take out the cake with the help of a steaming container.

Before serving, dust the cake with powdered sugar, if desired, and cut into portions. As you can see, the cake is prepared very simply and even a novice cook can do it. The ingredients are simple and fairly affordable. The benefit of the pie speaks for itself! Serve oatmeal pie with a cup of hot cocoa, fragrant tea or milk.

Enjoy your meal!!!

Sincerely, Oksana Chaban.

When you need a treat quickly and without much hassle, a dry dough pie is what you need at home!

Very simple and quick apple shortbread cake. It can be made even by those who have never baked anything before, and all because there is no need to make dough here! Instead of dough, there is a crumb in the cake, which magically turns into delicious shortbread skins with apple filling when baked!

Dough Ingredients:

  • 2 cups of flour;
  • 2 cups semolina;
  • 1 cup of sugar;
  • 1.5 teaspoons of soda;
  • 0.3 teaspoon of salt;
  • 100 grams of butter.

For filling:

  • 1 kilogram of peeled apples (this is the weight - without skin, seeds and entrails, with them somewhere around 1.1-1.3 kg).
  • 2 tablespoons of butter;
  • 3 tablespoons of cocoa;
  • 3 tablespoons of sugar;
  • a little salt (a small pinch - just a little bit).

Mix flour with semolina and mix well. Then I lightly fry them in a pan until golden brown, this is not necessary, but in my opinion the color of the cakes and the taste are better.

When frying, be sure to take a dry frying pan. When frying, stir constantly so that it does not burn. As soon as the flour becomes a peach color, turn it off and stir for some more time, otherwise it may start to burn in a hot pan.

Add soda, sugar, salt to flour and semolina crumbs. It is better to sift soda through a very fine sieve, otherwise it will occur in the form of nasty “soapy” tasting lumps. So, it is better not to be lazy and sift.

My apples, cut into quarters, cut out the insides and clean the peel. You should get 1 kilogram of apples.

Rub quarters of apples on a coarse grater. Optionally, you can add cinnamon - about 2 teaspoons. If you like everything very sweet, you can also add sugar to apples, but for my taste, it is enough.

We heat the oven to 180-200 degrees. Lubricate the form. I took with detachable edges 26 centimeters in diameter - I got 3 cakes.

At the bottom of the mold, pour a third of the crumbs and level.

We spread half of the grated apples on the crumbs and also level them.

Then again we pour the crumbs, on it the remains of apples and on top you should have a crumb.

Three crumbs on a grater butter. It is better to do this with frozen - it's easier. And rub it right over the cake, otherwise it will melt in your hands. Your task is to make the grated butter cover the entire cake. This is necessary so that after baking up the cake does not crumble. And this happens as follows - the oil melts and "grabs" the crumbs.

So, as you rub the oil, distribute it with your fingers;)

We send it to the oven. The cake should be baked until golden brown. It took me about 50 minutes to do this. Your time may be different - depends on the volume of the mold and on the oven.

Turn off the finished cake and leave to cool in the oven. IT IS NECESSARY! It must be cooled down, otherwise you will eat a strange mass :) When the cake cools down, grab it and then it can be cut and it will not lose its shape.

Mix all glaze ingredients in a small saucepan. It should be small because otherwise everything will spread along the bottom and will burn. With constant stirring over medium heat, bring to a boil and reduce.

Let's keep stirring! Cook for 3-4 minutes. Then turn off and pour our cake on top.
If you are too lazy to make icing, then you can simply melt the chocolate bar, while adding a little milk to it and when it melts, pour the cake on top.

Tip: If you are going to make icing from chocolate, then choose the usual one. Porous, when heated, tends to turn into an incomprehensible stretching mass.

Then it remains only to decorate the sand cake. Since I was running out of time, all my cunning came down to cutting an apple from a kiwi and cutting candied fruits into slices. All! Sand apple cake ready!

We give it to soak for 7 hours, and it is better to leave it overnight.

Bulk apple pie surprises everyone with the ease and unusualness of preparation - layers of dry mixture (dough) and juicy apple filling alternate. Butter is laid out on top and all this is baked in the oven. Oddly enough, the cake turns out to be surprisingly tasty, with a crispy crust on top and soft and tender inside.

  • 1-1.2 kg apples
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 cup semolina
  • 1 cup of sugar
  • ½ tsp salt without a slide
  • baking powder sachet (10 g)
  • a pinch of cinnamon
  • 150 g butter

For bulk apple pie, you can use any juicy sweet and sour apples, I had these:

First, prepare the dry dough for the pie by simply mixing all the dry ingredients except the cinnamon.

We clean the apples from the skin and seeds and cut into pieces.

Apples immediately begin to darken, this is understandable - their own, not imported ones, but this is not scary, the color does not matter for the filling. However, if you want, you can squeeze the juice of half a lemon on the peeled apples and then they will darken quite a bit. Three pieces of apples on a coarse grater.

Add a pinch of cinnamon and stir. Apple topping is ready.

We cover the bottom of the detachable form with parchment and grease it and the sides with vegetable or butter.

It is not necessary to take a detachable form, it is very convenient to use glass (you can control the degree of roasting of the pie from the sides and bottom) or ordinary metal. For this apple pie, a round shape with a diameter of 22-24 cm is perfect.

The pie will be made from three layers of dry mixture and two layers of apple filling.

Pour the third part of the dry mixture into the mold and level it.

Place half of the apple filling in an even layer on top.

Then pour another third of the dry mixture and again apple filling on top. Pour the remaining dry mixture in the last layer.

Butter cut into thin slices and put on top.

We put the cake in the oven, heated to 180-190 degrees, and bake for about an hour. It is difficult to say the exact time, it all depends on the characteristics of your oven. For example, I bake such a cake for a little more than an hour, otherwise the bottom is not baked. I cover the top of the pie with foil for the last 15-20 minutes so that it does not burn out. If your oven bakes well from the bottom, then it will most likely take less time.

Remove the finished apple pie from the oven and leave in the mold until it cools completely. A hot cake cannot be cut properly, it just falls apart. And the cooled one is easily cut into neat pieces.

I want to tell you about a very tasty pie called “dry apple pie with semolina”. it unusual recipe apple pie, very simple and delicious. Now, when there are a lot of fragrant autumn apples, you should definitely try it. Preparations take literally 15 minutes, and this time is spent only on rubbing apples, since the dough is not cooked at all. Dry ingredients are poured into the mold, and that's it. The cake turns out very tasty, very apple, the top part turned out to be a little crispy, like a crumble, which I adore. In general, this is one of best pies which I have tried. So, how to cook a quick apple pie in the oven - a recipe with a photo.

  • Flour - 1 tbsp
  • Sugar 1 tbsp. (less, if desired)
  • semolina - 1 tbsp.,
  • baking powder - one teaspoon,
  • oil - 100-150 grams,
  • apples 1 - 1.5 kg
  • lemon (optional)

Mix 1 cup of semolina, a teaspoon of baking powder, 1 cup of flour and 1 cup of sugar (I took less sugar, it was still delicious).

Grease the form with oil or cover with parchment. Spread out one third of the dry mixture.

Apples can be grated in advance and mixed with lemon juice so as not to darken. But I didn't have a lemon, so I rubbed it as I went. So, grate half the apples on a coarse grater. I took 1.3 kg, it was quite enough. Spread them over the dry mixture.

Spread another third of the dry mixture. I read reviews that the upper part should be made thinner, so I put more in the middle part, and less left on the top.

Grate and discard the remaining apples.

Top with the remaining dry mixture. And rub it on a grater or cut 150 grams of butter. I took 100 grams.

Bake at 180 degrees until done. I got 1 hour.

At first, it may seem (in appearance) that part of the dough remained dry (small areas), but this is not noticeable to the taste, a dry pie with apples and semolina is very tasty, tender. And when the cake stands overnight in the refrigerator, then there are no such places left at all, it becomes even more soaked.

I bring to your attention original recipe delicious bulk pie with frozen cherries. Why original? And because the dough for this pie does not need to be kneaded, just combine in a cup necessary ingredients, mix well and the dry dough is ready. And a large amount of freshly frozen cherries makes the pie mega cherry. And the smell that will invisibly spread from the oven throughout the apartment ... In general, the recipe is super simple, and the result is super tasty - gently, fragrant, cherry.

for the "dry" test:

  • semolina - 150 g;
  • premium flour - 200 g;
  • sugar - sand - 150 g;
  • vanilla sugar - 15 g;
  • baking powder - 2 teaspoons;
  • fresh frozen cherries - 600 g;
  • butter - 70 g;
  • white chocolate (drops) - 20 g.

Prepare dry dough. To do this, sift flour into a deep cup. Then pour semolina. Add granulated sugar. As well as vanilla sugar and baking powder. Mix dry dough well until smooth.

Remove freshly frozen cherries from the freezer and let them melt a little so that the berries can be separated. It is not necessary to completely defrost the berries.

Line the bottom of the baking dish (it is better to take a detachable form) with baking parchment, and lightly grease the sides of the form with butter. Pour a thin layer of “dry” dough into the prepared form, the first layer should only slightly cover the bottom of the form.

Put freshly frozen cherries on top of the “dry” dough.

Then again a layer of "dry" dough and again freshly frozen cherries. Last layer there should be a layer of "dry" dough. The number of layers depends on the diameter of your baking dish. I had a form with a diameter of 28 centimeters, it turned out 4 layers of “dry” dough and 3 layers of cherries.

On top of the top layer of "dry" dough, put butter cut into strips.

Bake the cake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for about 40 minutes until done. The readiness of the pie can be checked with a wooden toothpick, it is necessary to pierce the pie with it. If the toothpick is dry when pulled out, then the cake is ready, and if the dough sticks to it, then bake for another 10 minutes. Arbitrarily put droplets on the still hot cake white chocolate. The heat from the cake will melt it.

Let the cake cool completely and then cut.

For lovers of delicious home baking we offer you to try, perhaps, the easiest pie to prepare, which is filled with jam. Such a pie can be safely called “lazy”, because it will take you a few minutes to knead the dough for it. And you don’t need to make any special efforts to form it. The secret of such a simple but delicious pastry lies in the fact that the cake is loose.

About how to cook bulk cake with jam, is described in the recipe below with a photo. For the process of baking and kneading the dough, you need to prepare a suitable bowl, grater, pan or baking dish. As for the jam for the bulk pie, we recommend using the thickest one you have. The presence of fruits or berries is welcome in such a pie. Please note that according to the recipe for our pie, the creamy margarine used must be frozen.

  • flour - 2 cups
  • granulated sugar - 120 gr
  • dough baking powder - 0.5 tsp
  • margarine - 150 gr
  • jam - 8 tablespoons

Sift the declared amount of premium wheat flour into a suitable die.

Pour a little more than half a regular glass of granulated sugar into the sifted flour.

Frozen creamy margarine, before adding flour, should be ground on a grater with large cells.

With clean, dry hands, we begin to grind the flour, sugar and chopped creamy margarine. You should get such a flour crumb.

Visually divide the resulting flour mixture into 3 parts. In a dry frying pan or baking dish, lay out two parts of the flour mixture. Slightly press it to the bottom of the pan. This is the base of the bulk cake.

On the base lay out any thick jam. Spread it gently with a spoon over the entire surface of the base.

Sprinkle the rest of the flour mixture on top. The formation of the bulk cake is over. We put the cake in the oven for 35 minutes. By the way, you need to turn it on immediately and set the temperature to 200 degrees.

Bulk pie with jam is ready!

Lots of fragrant juicy stuffing and thin flour layers soaked through with milk filling are the main characteristics of our bulk apple pie. Baking is extremely easy to make. In this case, we do without a long kneading of the dough - we just mix all the dry ingredients at once and, alternating with apple chips, put them into a mold.

Most bulk pie recipes use grated butter instead of milk filling, but with this technology there is always a risk of getting dry pastries if the apples are not the most juicy. In our version, the cake comes out as tender, soaked and balanced as possible, and the next day the taste becomes especially bright.

  • juicy sweet and sour apples - 1 kg;
  • walnuts (optional) - 80 g.

For dry mix:

  • flour - 120 g;
  • semolina - 150 g;
  • sugar - 150 g;
  • baking powder dough - 1.5 teaspoons;
  • salt - a pinch;
  • vanilla sugar - a bag (8-10 g);
  • cinnamon - 1 teaspoon.

For filling:

  • milk - about 300 ml.

For the dry mixture, combine flour, baking powder, cinnamon, semolina, salt in one container. Add vanilla and regular sugar (the amount of granulated sugar can vary depending on the sweetness of the selected apple variety). Mix dry ingredients thoroughly.

After cutting off a layer of peel and removing the core, three apples with large chips. For the recipe, we select strong and juicy fruits. The most delicious bulk pie is obtained with sweet and sour apples.

We choose a baking container with a height of at least 5 cm (in our example, the diameter of the mold is 22 cm). Lightly rub the bottom and sides with butter. Distribute 1/3 of the dry mixture with the bottom layer.

Bring the milk to a boil. Spread half of the apples over the dry mixture. To make the base of the pie as juicy as possible, we make several holes in the apple layer and pour milk over it (about half a glass).

Spread half walnuts, after chopping them with a knife or chopping them in a blender bowl.

Cover the fruit and nut layer with half of the remaining dry mixture. Distribute the second part of the apple chips on top. Pour over the juice that stands out from the grated apples, and sprinkle with nuts.

With the last layer, evenly distribute the remains of the dry mixture.

Pour milk over (liquid should completely cover the surface of the bulk cake).

We bake a bulk pie with apples in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for about 50-60 minutes. Milk should be completely absorbed into the dry mixture, and the baking surface should be covered with a light golden brown.

Cool the finished cake completely and only then take it out of the mold. Before tasting, let the pastry brew for at least a couple of hours, or even better, put it in the refrigerator and wait for the next day, then the bulk apple pie will become even tastier!

Three apples on a grater.

Then we take a glass of sugar, semolina and flour.

We mix everything.

You can add a little soda as a baking powder, but this is not at all necessary. Personally, I added.

We take a baking dish and grease it with vegetable oil. Of course, you can lay baking paper for convenience, but I didn’t have it, so I do it this way.

Sprinkle the mixture on the bottom of the mold, completely covering it.

Then lay out a layer of apples,

then sprinkle with dry mixture again.

The very last (top) layer is butter. I rubbed it on a grater and covered the top completely.

We send the form to the oven preheated to 200 degrees.

The pie is prepared quickly - 30 minutes. For the last 5 minutes, I add heat in the oven so that the pie is browned. It turns out here is such a handsome man.

I also decorate a little such a cake with any berries, or, as in the photo, sea buckthorn.

If you want something tasty and berry, we offer you to prepare a diet cheesecake for breakfast with a crispy base and a delicate cottage cheese filling with blackcurrant. Cherry pie: the secrets of craftsmanship

Why does the same recipe for all hostesses turn out to be completely different? Because someone knows the secrets of delicious pies, and someone does not know about their existence. We bring to your attention a few useful tips that will help you prepare absolutely any cake for an unforgettable taste.

  • Pies made from shortcrust pastry can be removed from the mold only after they have completely cooled.
  • It is better to put not melted butter in the dough, but chopped.

These simple pie secrets will help you and become simply indispensable in the kitchen. Cook with inspiration, eat with gusto!

Losing weight is a long process that requires restrictions on the consumption of carbohydrate and high-calorie foods. However, this does not mean at all that you need to categorically refuse baking and sweet dishes. There are dietary recipes for your favorite dishes, with which you can diversify the menu.

Diet cherry muffins should not contain high-calorie or fatty ingredients. It is not advisable to use butter, processed flour of the highest grade. It is recommended to replace these ingredients with less calorie foods.

Among the many options for diet baking, cherry muffin stands out. This dessert has a rich sweet and sour taste and a delicate dough structure. Depending on the chosen recipe, the calorie content of a classic cherry muffin is approximately 350-400 kcal. However, by replacing high-calorie ingredients with useful analogues, you can get a product whose energy value will not exceed 250 kcal per 100 g. This fact allows you to eat cherry muffin for breakfast, then the calories contained in it will benefit the body and give energy for the whole day.

Nutritionists recommend not to abuse even diet baking, yet it is rich in carbohydrates, although it is useful, but only in limited quantities. It is advisable to eat cherry cake in the morning, in an amount not exceeding 150 gr.

For people who calculate the points that are assigned to food in the "Kremlin" diet, for example, the fact that a diet cupcake "contains" only 20 conventional units, and the classic version - 50, will be important! The difference, as they say, is "on the face."

What is the secret of cooking diet baking? Due to what the energy value of the dish is almost halved? Firstly, as part of a traditional cake, wheat flour of the highest grade is used, which contains simple carbohydrates that “settle” on the body in the form of subcutaneous fat. The dietary analogue of a cake is made from whole grain wholemeal flours, which are much more efficiently processed by the body, give a feeling of satiety and are absorbed more slowly.

Secondly, the diet cake does not contain excess fat in the dough - creamy or vegetable oil replace dairy products rich in protein - low-fat sour cream, kefir, yogurt, etc. Thirdly, the amount of sugar in diet recipe less than classical. You can also use a powdered sweetener in the composition of the dish. Then the calorie content of the dessert will be even lower.

There are also culinary tricks to keep in mind when making a cake. So, fresh or frozen cherries, after removing the seeds, should be thrown into a colander and wait for the juice to flow out. This is necessary so that the dough does not turn out to be too liquid as a result of the release of juice from the cherries when heated. For the same purpose, starch is added to the composition, which absorbs excess moisture. Part of the flour can be replaced with dry fat-free cottage cheese, which will reduce the carbohydrate content in the cake and further reduce the energy value.

Traditionally, the cake is prepared in a special shape - round with a hole in the middle or elongated rectangular. Thanks to this, the cake is baked evenly and has a ruddy surface. It is preferable to use a silicone mold - it is elastic, which allows you to easily remove pastries, and the cake does not stick to the walls. You can also use metal forms, but it is recommended to line them with baking paper first. So, below is the recipe for a diet cake with cherries.

Ingredients:

    Oat flakes - 250 gr.

    Chicken egg - 1 pc.

Pour kefir into the flour, mix thoroughly and let it brew for half an hour to swell. Beat the egg into a light foam with a mixer with sugar and vanilla, pour into the oatmeal mixture, add the baking powder and salt, mix thoroughly, add the cherry and mix again.

Pour the dough into a baking dish and put in the oven, preheated to 200 degrees, for 50 minutes. The readiness of the cake is checked with a toothpick. Take the cake out of the oven and leave to cool. Remove from the mold only cooled pastries, otherwise the cake may fall apart. If desired, you can sprinkle the dessert with powdered sugar.
