How to make delicious pancakes with meat

1. We bake pancakes.

Break the eggs into a bowl, add salt and sugar. We mix.


Pour in the milk and whisk until frothy (this will happen very quickly).


Pour the flour in portions, which is very desirable to sift through a sieve, and each time we mix it into the dough so that no lumps form.


Add vegetable oil to the dough and beat again - you should get a liquid, smooth dough.


Heat up the frying pan over high heat. Pour a little oil, take the pan by the handle, raise it so that it turns out to be slightly tilted, pour 2/3 of a ladle of dough onto the bottom and twist the pan in different directions so that the dough spreads evenly.

Cook for 2-3 minutes until the underside is browned. Flip over and bake for another 1-2 minutes.


We do the same with the rest of the test. Makes about 12 pancakes.

2. Cooking the meat filling.

We use boiled meat for the filling. I cut it into small pieces, put it in a saucepan, poured it with water, salted it, put parsley and two peas of pepper (you can not put it) and cooked until tender (40 minutes).

Instead of the usual minced meat, pancakes can be wrapped with meat and egg filling. Such pancakes with meat are tasty, satisfying and very appetizing.

Required Ingredients:

  • Eggs - 5-6 pcs.;
  • Milk - 3 cups;
  • Salt - 1 tsp;
  • Sugar - 2 tbsp. l..;
  • Flour - one and a half glasses;
  • 30 ml of vegetable oil;
  • Meat;
  • 2 onion heads.

Cooking method:

Beat the eggs with sugar and salt, pour in the milk and continue to beat. Pour in the flour and mix the dough until smooth. Add vegetable oil. We bake pancakes on a greased pan. Cook the meat until tender in salted water with bay leaves and black peppercorns.

We grind boiled meat with a meat grinder. Boil the eggs, cool, chop finely. Chop the onion and fry in vegetable oil. We spread the onion with eggs to the meat.

We spread the filling in the middle of the pancake and wrap the dough with an envelope. Fry the envelopes in butter.
